Shipping
I offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 in the lower 48 States.
- Domestic shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of the order, minus tax. For standard shipping in the continental United States, orders $150 or over are always shipped free and orders under $150 are based on a percentage of the total. We ship
only to your confirmed Paypal address.
- You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.
- Efabricshop.com is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been delivered.
- In most cases I process and package your order to ship 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. All USPS shipments have a postal processing time listed. Items that ship First Class Mail take 5-7 days. Items that ship Priority Mail take 2-5 days.
My warehouse is outside of Shelby, Nebraska and actual delivery time may be even sooner depending on your address. Shipping delays do occur that are out of our control.
- I ship mainly USPS and sometimes FedEx and UPS.
- Important Update: Due to carrier capacity, some shipments may experience delays and tracking information may take up to 36 hours to update on the shipping carriers websites.
- Orders with a merchandise value of $400.00 and up will be shipped signature required. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- You will be able to track your package at USPS.com.
Tracking number can be found on your Paypal account once
shipped. If at any time you are concerned that your order is lost in processing or shipping, please contact us at efabricshop.com@gmail.com and we will respond with in
1 to 2 business days.
Returns and Refunds
To make a return, please follow the instructions carefully.
Make sure the fabric is in it's original condition. DO NOT wash or cut the
fabric prior to returning it.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original
purchase. No refund will be given after 30 days of receipt.
Efabricshop.com is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been delivered.
The postage costs for the return are your
responsibility.

Exchanges or Replacements
We DO NOT do exchanges or replacements. Please remember that many
of the fabrics we list are out of print or hard to find items…..making
them irreplaceable.
Damaged Items
If your fabric arrives damaged or you feel it is not what you ordered, please message us explaining exactly what is wrong. Attaching images is the best way to ensure we fully understand what is wrong, and we will quickly work to resolve any issues. Even if we cannot replace an item, we will work hard to be fair. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
To get a refund on any damaged merchandise, you need to contact us immediately after receiving the item. Please Do NOT throw out the packaging material. If the item was damaged during shipping, we need photos of the box or package to file a postal claim. Please include photos in your email.
